Lydia Dudney, Au.D., CCC-A is a native Tennessean from Hermitage. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville as well as a Master of Science and Doctorate in Audiology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Lydia has worked in private audiology and otolaryngology practices while living in Nashville following her graduation. She joined our staff at Greater Knoxville Ear Nose & Throat in 2019 shortly after being relocated back to east Tennessee. Lydia has her certificate of clinical competence in audiology through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She has a passion for hearing and vestibular diagnostic evaluations as well as assistive devices for improving hearing and tinnitus. She strives to meet each of her patient’s individual listening needs through comprehensive testing, utilization of current research and technology, and collaboration with their family members and friends.
Lydia and her husband currently reside in West Knoxville with their daughter. When she’s away from work, you may find her playing outside with her family, taking her dog for a walk, checking out local restaurants, and cheering on the Vols!
